Dr. Ostar Christopher is the Chairman of the DARFORP GROUP. Mr Christopher is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CAS). He also holds the following international certifications in Safety and Health: IOSH “Managing Safely” and the NEBOSH “International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety”. In the Maritime Security sector, Ostar Christopher holds the certifications of Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), Chief Security Officer (CSO), and Ship Security Officer (SSO). Ostar Christopher has served as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Security to the Governor of Anambra State, Chief (Dr) Willie Obiano for both tenures 2014-2022.
